Gyan Jyoti College, affiliated to the University of North Bengal, is run by Vivekananda Academic Foundation. It is located in Dagapur near Siliguri in beautiful natural surroundings amidst picturesque tea gardens with the Darjeeling hills in the North, offering a splendid view of the Kanchenjungha peak during summer. The college offers courses in Commerce, Arts, Management and Computer Application and has made significant progress since it was set up in 2005. Backed with one of the largest campuses in entire North Bengal, Gyan Jyoti College is equipped with spacious class rooms, a well stocked library, Reading Room, Canteen, Common Room, Seminar Hall, a large playground and other facilities.
